Part of the purchase price will be paid immediately with this Agreement as a Deposit to guarantee that Seller will hold the
Puppy until delivery to the Buyer.

Deposit in the amount of $500 is required to hold this Puppy for the Buyer.

There are no refunds on Deposits, unless otherwise agreed here in writing. Failure of the Buyer to complete this
purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is
meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow
through with the Purchase of this Puppy.

The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the Deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might
not be suitable for the puppy.

If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured
before it goes to its new home then the deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wishes to apply the
Deposit to another Puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available litter.

We accept MoneyGram or Walmart to Walmart for deposits.  We do not accept checks for deposits.

If you plan to pay with MoneyGram or Walmart to Walmart, you will need my name, city, state and phone number.   You
can do this at any Wal-Mart service desk.

Health Guarantee

We take great pride, care and pleasure in sending you a happy healthy puppy. Your puppy will be in good health as far
as the Seller knows. All of our puppies have been seen by a licensed vet before you receive him/her.   We gladly offer e-
mail support for the life of your pet.

We guarantee the health of all puppies sold for 1 (one) year after date of birth. If puppy is diagnosed with a life
threatening or life altering congenital disorder in that time we will put the money paid for purchase price of current puppy
towards another puppy of your choice. For owner to receive a credit towards another puppy the sick puppy must be
returned to us within 72 hours of diagnosis at owner's expense accompanied by AKC papers.     As long as Breeder's
vet concurs with Buyer vet diagnosis, the buyer will receive a credit of paid purchase price of puppy to go towards a
different puppy.    The finding and opinion of the Breeder's veterinarian are to be considered final and ultimate
opinion.

Disorders covered under this contract include severe hip dysplasia (no replacement if the dog is diagnosed with hip
dysplasia and the dog is overweight or over exercised), kidney, heart, liver, pancreas, spine or liver problems that
severely limit or alter the life of the puppy or dog. The guarantee does not cover common conditions such as cherry
eye, entropion, loose hips, stenotic nares, elongated soft palate, skin allergies, Kennel Cough, parasites (Coccidia,

This guarantee does not cover if the puppy is injured by accident, neglect, abuse or if problems arise due to breeding.
Under no circumstances is puppy guaranteed to be breed or show quality or capable.  We offer no compensation for
circumstances or characteristics that limit the dogs ability to be bred or shown.   Buyer purchases breeding rights at own
risk.

If puppy dies a replacement will be offered provided the owner sends us an autopsy report from a licensed vet stating a
congenital defect caused the death.   As long as Breeder's vet concurs with Buyer vet diagnosis, the buyer will receive a
credit of paid purchase price of puppy to go towards a different puppy.    The finding and opinion of the Breeder's
veterinarian are to be considered final and ultimate opinion.

At no time do we refund money, pay vet bills or transportation.

Owner also agrees to provide the puppy with preventive care, including but not limited to dewormings, vaccines,
heartworm treatment and vet checks. Owner agrees to never chain the puppy or dog and to give the puppy or dog
adequate living conditions and a healthy diet.

Sales Contract

This "Puppy" is guaranteed by Southern Style Bulldogs as follows:

The “Puppy” is a purebred English Bulldog.

The litter is registered with the American Kennel Club and an individual registration form will be furnished to the buyer
after the breeder has received payment in full and completed original signed paperwork.

To the best of the Breeders knowledge, at time of sale the “Puppy” was in excellent health.   Breeder will provide Buyer
with a copy of the puppy’s medical record detailing medical treatment received under Breeder’s care as well as
recommended medical care that the Breeder feels is essential to puppy’s well being and continued good health.

Breeder will be available for the life of this “Puppy”  to answer any questions and provide help in any way.

Further, Buyer MUST take the “Puppy”  to a licensed vet within 72 hours after taking possession, for a post purchase
general health examination.    If, during this health exam the “Puppy” is found to have a serious health problem, the
Buyer must return the “Puppy” along with the Vet’s written diagnosis as to the health issue so that Breeder's vet can
review and provide a 2nd opinion.    As long as the Breeder’s Vet concurs with Buyer Vet diagnosis, the buyer will
receive a credit of paid purchase price of puppy to go towards a different puppy.    Return of “Puppy” must be within 72
hours of Buyer’s Vet diagnosis.  The finding and opinion of the Breeder's veterinarian are to be considered final and
ultimate opinion.

Further, Breeder will not provide a refund or exchange for any “Puppy” which was injured or became sick after leaving
the Breeder’s premises.     Buyers are advised to limit the exposure of their new puppy to non-household dogs and
outside high traffic dog areas until the puppy is at least 12 weeks old and has received its final puppy vaccination.    It is
in the pups best health interest to not expose them to very many outside dogs and high traffic areas until the last
vaccine is given.

Further, Breeder represents that the “Puppy” has been bred to the breed standard physically and the “Puppy” is being
sold with a sound, stable temperament.    This temperament assertion is based on daily observation of the puppy from
birth and Breeder’s knowledge of “Puppy” ancestry.

Further, Buyer by signing the contract acknowledges that behavior and temperament is based on a combination of
genetics and experiences the “Puppy” gains not only with the Breeder but with its new family and in its new
environment.    Improper socialization and lack of consistent Obedience training will adversely affect the good genetic
temperament the “Puppy” was born with.

Further, this is a non-transferable contract.    Buyer agrees to Breeder demand that Buyer MUST notify the Breeder
immediately should the Buyer, for any reason, not be able to keep said “Puppy” at any point in the “Puppy's” life.
Breeder will have the option of buying “Puppy” back for an appropriate price or allowing Buyer to find an appropriate
home.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Buyer send said “Puppy” to a shelter or a breeding facility.  If the Buyer violates this
term of the contract Buyer will pay a penalty to the Breeder equal to the full purchase price of the “Puppy”.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may the Buyer destroy said “Puppy” before discussing this decision with the Breeder,
except for urgent health reasons (documented by a Vet) which would impact the “Puppy's” quality of life.    If the Buyer
violates this term of the contract Buyer will pay a penalty to the Breeder equal to the full purchase price of the "Puppy".

Buyer agrees to remain in contact with the Breeder, to call or e-mail should they have questions or need advice about
their puppy.  Buyer agrees to keep the Breeder updated of the “Puppy's” health, longevity, titles/awards earned and to
send pictures as often as possible.     By entering into this contract, you are gaining a relationship with a breeder who
truly cares about the welfare of their dogs and who expects to hear from you regarding OUR puppy.

Buyer has read this contract, understand fully the contents thereof.    Failure of the Buyer to live up to any part of this
agreement will entitle the Seller to reclaim the “Puppy” and it’s AKC Registration Paper’s which will be transferred back
to the Seller.     Seller will not be further obligated to the Buyer in any regard.     Buyer agrees to all the terms and
conditions and agrees that the place of legal venue and jurisdiction is Ash Flat, Arkansas  (Sharp County).

READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED on                 .
